I see meditation as a beautiful and continuous way of improving your relationship with your own spirit, soul and body - learning more about yourself, finding the strength and calm within yourself to help you feel content. For me it is about becoming more present, more aware, improving your focus, and enjoying the moment.

By practicing acceptance and being at ease, you can gradually implement mindfulness into your everyday life. This will help you stay on top of your challenges, maintain focus and balance, enjoy the journey of life, and feel less stressed along the way.

My ways to meditation
In 2021 everything around me changed. Not only was Covid changing all aspects of my everyday life but I felt an urgent need to go further on my personal path to once again step completely out of my comfort zone, learn and grow, which I enjoy so much and that makes me grounded.
I see life as a journey of constant change and I work hard finding my own path through the maze of possibilities. I worked hard for many years to be able to afford spending time in Thailand and learn about the mindset, culture, Buddhism and meditation. My experiences during my time spent there did change me in various aspects.
